Christmas and New Year period:
As we also take a well deserved holiday, all orders from Dec 23rd until Jan 1st will be dispatched in the new year January 2nd 2018.

Shipping, How Much?
Australia: standard shipping flat rate $9.99, or FREE for orders above $150 dollars. Australia Post Express rate calculated at checkout.
New Zealand: standard flat rate $14.99 or free for orders above $200 dollars. DHL express rate calculated at checkout.
Rest of the world: Please check availability at checkout.
Delivery, When will my items arrive?
80% of our items arrive the next business day with some even arriving the same day (if you're in Sydney). Delivery to some Rural and non Metro areas will take longer but our tracking software allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at all times. Please note that it can take a few hours for tracking information to be updated to the website once the parcel leaves our store.
Some estimates for transit times around Australia:
Sydney — same day for orders before 7am, otherwise next business day.
Newcastle/Hunter/Wollongong/South Coast NSW — next business day.
Melbourne/Canberra/Brisbane — 1-2 business days delivery.
Adelaide/Sunshine Coast — 1-3 business days delivery.
Perth/Hobart/Cairns — 3-5 business days delivery.
Other — 5-10 business days delivery.
For Locations in Australia where "Express Post" service is offered we can deliver next business day — just make sure to choose this option at checkout.
For New Zealand standard transit times is 4 days, DHL Express option 1-2 business days.
Orders placed before 7 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next available business day. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item. Shipping is calculated once you have entered your suburb, state and postcode.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that we deliver using some couriers and Australia Post which may require signature on delivery. If you are happy to have the courier leave your parcel, please advise of this in the checkout notes otherwise if you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office, or Fastway Pick-up Point where you can collect it.
Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Fluid Growers is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.
International, Where to do you ship?
Rest of the world shipping with DHL express transit times between 4-10 business days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding any shipping costs incurred which will not be refunded. However, for returns as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll cover delivery costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and details of return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
